Operator and current service
The operator is Kamel Khatib LLC, United States; contact@kamel-khatib.com. The current application is an owner-managed mailbox for authorized business use. Access is granted by the operator, not through public signup. A customer-specific or paid service requires a separately agreed scope and acceptance; this page does not activate a paid plan, establish a fee or confirm payment.
Authorized access
Use only accounts, domains, data and features you are authorized to access. Protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. Product connection keys are scoped access credentials; an owner key must not be shared with staff, customers or website visitors. Individual staff identity and MFA are not offered by the current application. The operator may suspend compromised or abusive access while reviewing the incident.
Service boundaries
Mail organization, AI assistance, reviewed sending and recovery operate within configured limits and provider dependencies. External systems may delay or reject mail. Provider acceptance is not proof of recipient delivery. Never blindly retry an uncertain send. AI suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and require review for consequential decisions. No uptime, delivery, response-time, recovery-time or unlimited-capacity guarantee is established here.
Data and permitted use
The Privacy notice and Acceptable use policy describe current handling and use restrictions. Export and deletion are scoped operations with separate obligations for shared records, external copies and backups. Do not use the mailbox for emergency communications or regulated/high-risk workloads requiring controls or assurances that have not been separately established.
Applicable obligations and agreements
Applicable U.S. federal and state law governs obligations as applicable; no specific state, court venue, arbitration clause or waiver is asserted without a separate reviewed agreement. These operating rules do not waive mandatory rights. Any customer contract must identify the parties, service scope, jurisdiction, fees, support, termination and acceptance before that service is supplied. Contact the operator to resolve questions or complaints.
