AI can summarize, classify and prepare suggestions within a selected account or brand. Business replies use reviewed facts and application-controlled action records. Specifically enabled automatic test replies are machine-generated; they are identified by standard automatic-reply headers and a short disclosure in the message.
Email and attachments are untrusted data and cannot authorize changes to access, recipients, payments, legal commitments or system policy. Application controls decide whether an action can run. The owner can pause native and personal AI globally. Personal AI is opt-in for summaries and drafts only; personal automatic replies and business workflows remain off.
