Use your private owner key on the mailbox sign-in page. Keep it private; do not share it with staff, customers or a website. The application creates a protected session. Security and recovery shows sessions and lets you revoke access without changing your mailbox addresses.
Inbox brings your active native addresses together. Filter by mailbox, search messages, star or label a conversation, archive it, or schedule a reminder. Trash is reversible organization. Junk keeps originals held by sender rules or attachment checks; release only after review.
Choose the correct From address, add recipients and files, then save the outgoing draft. Review, approval and sending are separate actions. A submitted status means the provider accepted the message, not that the recipient received it. If the outcome is uncertain, investigate before retrying.
The assistant summarizes and prepares suggestions. Eligible new native-domain inquiries can receive automatic replies under the owner-enabled policy; quarantined, automated, list and bounce messages are suppressed. Personal accounts remain separate and draft-only. Review representative replies for relevance and accuracy. Mail tools shows current AI usage and controls. Use the global AI stop in Security and recovery if needed. Consequential commitments require human review; queued work is not an assigned person or a completed action.
Security and recovery lists native incoming and outgoing attachment scan results. Restricted files cannot be downloaded, exported or sent until the required current scan is clean. Refresh only reads results; an explicit Rescan requests another inspection. Unverified, stale and inspection-limit outcomes remain restricted. Do not release Junk merely because a file was clean: other sender and phishing risks can remain. Personal content, upload and final sending also require clean scans when attachment protection is enabled; personal provider connections remain pending live qualification.
Data management exports a selected native conversation and supports holds and reviewed permanent deletion. Read its scope and backup warnings before deleting. In Security and recovery, save a private recovery key, reselect that saved file to verify possession, and keep it separately from encrypted checkpoints. Retain older keys for older checkpoints. The application never needs you to email or upload that private key.
Personal Gmail and iCloud connections remain optional and disconnected until the owner completes the application connection flow. Personal AI requires its own opt-in and does not automatically send replies. For support, privacy, abuse or security questions, contact contact@kamel-khatib.com. Do not send passwords, recovery keys or private mail bodies in a support report.
Mail tools shows identity coverage, AI budget, delivery status and maintenance stages. Check Security and recovery for recent successful backups and scan warnings; inspect Junk and Needs review, failed jobs and uncertain sends. Submitted is provider acceptance; Delivered is recipient-server acceptance when lifecycle events are available, not proof of inbox placement. An empty issue list is a current check, not independent uptime monitoring. Contact the operator if a stage is stale, a backup is overdue or a delivery is uncertain; never repeatedly send the same uncertain message.
