We process sender and recipient addresses, message headers and contents, attachments, conversation history, drafts, AI summaries and suggestions, mailbox organization, owner-reviewed business records, delivery records and limited access/security activity. If the owner later connects a personal account, authorized account data and encrypted provider credentials are also processed. Personal Gmail and iCloud accounts are not connected by default.
We use this information to receive and organize mail, respond to inquiries, prepare reviewed replies, provide specifically enabled automation, operate and secure the service, handle requests and comply with applicable obligations. Do not use this service to send us passwords, recovery keys or data you are not authorized to disclose. We do not sell message content or use it for unrelated advertising under this operating policy.
Cloudflare provides the hosting, database, private object storage, AI and email infrastructure. AI-enabled features process bounded message context through Workers AI. Reviewed business actions may pass necessary data to the operator's agency workspace through a restricted connector. Optional personal providers require separate account authorization. Originals and AI processing are server-readable: the service is not end-to-end encrypted. Recovery checkpoints are encrypted with a separate recovery key.
Mail remains until the owner makes a reviewed deletion decision; moving mail to Trash does not permanently erase it. Native conversation export, holds and reviewed permanent deletion are available to the owner. Shared records, recipient/provider copies and earlier encrypted checkpoints may remain and require separate handling. Checkpoints currently have no automatic expiry. Expired owner sessions may be pruned after expiry; minimal security activity has a bounded capacity and requires operator review. Legal holds or other applicable obligations may require preservation. We review requests and do not promise that deleting one conversation removes every record about a person.
Send access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy requests to contact@kamel-khatib.com. We verify authority and scope and respond under the deadlines and exceptions that apply to the request. U.S. state privacy rights and applicability vary; this notice does not waive rights granted by applicable law. Connected-account permissions may also be revoked with the account provider. Local disconnection does not recall sent mail or erase provider copies.
Cloud infrastructure may process data outside the United States; no particular data-residency region is promised. We use access controls, scoped credentials, safe mail rendering, bounded automation and encrypted recovery checkpoints, but no system guarantees absolute security or delivery. We update this notice when practices materially change and record its version and effective date. Customer-specific terms or legal requirements may impose additional obligations.
